Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Recommend Me AI, a DBA of Kase Industries LLC ("Recommend Me AI," "we," "us"). By purchasing an audit, starting a plan, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

We offer a one-time AI Visibility Audit and monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Premium). Each plan measures how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini respond regarding your brand, and delivers analysis, recommendations, and, depending on your plan, publish-ready content, technical assets, and outreach materials. The specific deliverables for each plan are described on our Services page.

2. Our role, and yours

We produce and direct. You publish and send. We prepare recommendations, content, structured data, and outreach materials, but you decide what to publish on your own website and what to send from your own accounts. We do not log in to your website or send communications on your behalf unless separately agreed in writing.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

AI systems are operated by third parties and change continuously. We work the signals that influence how AI assistants describe and recommend brands, and we measure the movement each cycle, but we do not control these systems and cannot guarantee any particular ranking, recommendation, mention, visibility score, or business result. Our service is the work and the measurement, not a promised outcome.

4. Billing and subscriptions

  • The audit is a one-time charge. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
  • Plans are month to month. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal; your plan remains active through the end of the current paid period and is not renewed thereafter.
  • Upgrading or downgrading changes your plan on your existing subscription. Stripe applies proration so you are credited for unused time and charged only the difference.
  • If you purchased an audit and then start a plan, the audit price is credited toward your first month.
  • Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Canceling stops future charges.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information about your brand and to use our deliverables lawfully. You may not use our services to publish false or deceptive content, to generate fake reviews or endorsements, or in any way that violates the terms of the platforms involved or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Once a cycle is paid for and delivered, the deliverables we produce for you are yours to use and publish. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, and software. We may describe the work in anonymized, aggregate form for case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Confidentiality

We treat the non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
