This Privacy Policy explains how Recommend Me AI, a DBA of Kase Industries LLC ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services.

- You give us: your name, email address, company or brand name, website, what you sell, and the competitors you list, when you request an audit or start a plan.
- From our work: the publicly available content of your website and the responses AI assistants give about your brand, which we analyze to produce your reports.
- Automatically: basic technical data such as your IP address and browser when you visit our site, for security and aggregate analytics.
2. Payment information
We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card information is handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy terms. We retain only a customer and subscription identifier from Stripe so we can manage your account.
3. How we use your information
- To deliver your audit and monthly reports and to provide the work your plan includes.
- To send you account, billing, and report emails. We send these through Resend; we do not send unsolicited bulk marketing to you.
- To improve our services, and to create anonymized, aggregate case studies (never identifying you without permission).
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make our service work, under their own privacy commitments, including Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery), and where required by law. Producing your reports involves querying third-party AI assistants about your brand; we send the queries needed for the analysis, not your personal contact details.
5. Email consent
When you request an audit or start a plan, you consent to receive the emails required to deliver the service and manage your account. You can reach us anytime to ask questions about these emails.
6. Data retention
We keep your account information and report history for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational needs. You may request deletion of your personal information as described below.
7. Your choices and rights

8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your data to what is needed to run the service.
